Совокупность взаимосвязанного электрооборудования, установленного в здании и имеющего согласованные характеристики.
Совокупность электрооборудования, установленного в здании, образует электроустановку здания, которая представляет собой низковольтную электроустановку. Для нормального функционирования электроустановки здания электрооборудование, входящее в её состав, должно иметь согласованные между собой характеристики. Например, проводники электропроводки должны обеспечивать передачу расчётной электрической мощности, требуемой для нормального оперирования электрооборудования. Устройства защиты от сверхтока должны надёжно защищать эти проводники от перегрузок и коротких замыканий. Номинальное напряжение электрооборудования должно соответствовать расчётному напряжению электрических цепей и т. д.
Электроустановка здания может быть однофазной или трёхфазной электроустановкой. Она состоит из частей – электрических цепей, которые подключают к вводно-распределительному устройству, главному распределительному щиту, этажным распределительным щиткам и другим низковольтным распределительным устройствам электроустановки здания

  • 1.2.1. Электроустановки зданий должны быть рассчитаны на подключение к электрической сети напряжением 380-220 В, частотой 50 Гц с глухозаземленной нейтралью.
  • 1.2.10. Номинальный ток вводного (вводно-распределительного) устройства должен соответствовать подключаемой электрической нагрузке электроустановок здания с учетом роста нагрузок до 20%.

  • В каждой электроустановке здания должна быть выполнена главная система уравнивания потенциалов, соединяющая между собой следующие проводящие части:
  • Главная заземляющая шина (зажим) может быть выполнена (выполнен) внутри вводного устройства ВУ (ВРУ) или отдельно от него.
    Внутри вводного устройства в качестве главной заземляющей шины следует использовать шину РЕ.
    При отдельной установке главная заземляющая шина должна быть расположена в доступном удобном для обслуживания месте вблизи вводного устройства электроустановки здания.
